I think this is one of the most comprehensive first aid refreshers I’ve ever done. Despite the fact that I’ve been doing refreshers for over 20 years now I still learned new and updated information in a way that I found engaging and interesting. When it comes to the live component, I always feel shy at first, but the instructor got us all feeling very comfortable with each other very quickly, and ended up being enjoyable. Appreciated that!
